We want you to love your Juvelle pieces. If something is not right you can request a return or exchange within 14 days.

Customers can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

Exchanges are available for size or product replacement, depending on stock availability.

If your return request is approved, the refund or return process will be completed according to our store policy.

Shipping or delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
